We specialize in build-to-print metal fabrication rather than selling standard finished products. Our typical projects include commercial kitchen equipment housings, metal cabinets, panels, structural components, assemblies, and small stamped parts manufactured according to customers’ drawings, samples, or technical requirements.
Please provide a 2D or 3D drawing, sample, or basic product specification whenever possible. The material, thickness, dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and estimated order quantity will help us prepare a more accurate quotation. We can also sign an NDA to protect your drawings and project information.
We work with stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and cold-rolled steel. Our capabilities include metal stamping, CNC turret punching, laser cutting, bending, robotic welding, riveting, tapping, and polishing. Additional surface treatments can be coordinated according to project requirements.
Yes. We support prototypes, small-batch trials, and repeat production. MOQ and production lead time depend on the part design, material, tooling requirements, and order quantity. New stamping tooling generally requires at least 20 days, depending on complexity.
