Inspection at Key Production Stages
Custom metal parts are inspected at relevant stages of production, including first-piece verification, in-process checks, and final inspection. Key dimensions, surface appearance, fit, assembly condition, and project-specific requirements are reviewed using appropriate measuring tools and agreed acceptance criteria.
The inspection plan is determined by part complexity, manufacturing process, order quantity, and customer requirements. Material documentation, approved samples, and inspection records can be agreed before production when required.

First-Piece Inspection
The initial part is checked for key dimensions, formed features, hole positions, appearance, and fit before repeat production proceeds.
In-Process Quality Checks
Relevant dimensions, bending, welding, riveting, tapping, polishing, and assembly conditions are verified during production.
Final Inspection & Packing
Finished parts are checked against agreed acceptance criteria before packing. Packaging and identification are confirmed according to order requirements.
